I've combined my passion for health, wellness, and science into a future where I can help others develop scientific content that is easy to digest and quick to understand for a plethora of audiences.
2016
I immediately felt a spark ignite in me when I began my studies at the University of Tennessee in their Dietetics program. During this time I started my own meal preparation business and became a certified personal trainer focusing on helping others improve their health. After completing my bachelor's program I moved on to get my master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Nutrition to cultivate a strong physiological understanding of the biochemical interactions of metabolism that occur inside each and every one of us.
My education and real life applications in the health sciences have given me an incredible opportunity to help clients develop marketable and comprehensive content for any need.
